ARTIST STATEMENT
Referencing cabinets of curiosity and taxidermy, my work investigates the intersection of museology, natural history, science, and visual art. Broadly speaking, my work looks at the demands of nostalgia through an environmental lens. I incorporate photography and installation to document our collective curiosity and longing for wonder, beauty, meaning and remembrance.
